Initial Kinesiology Session
As part of your first appointment, we will review your medical and lifestyle history and work with you to identify specific concerns and areas causing stress.
With gentle muscle monitoring, we uncover imbalances and identify contributing factors which may be causing stress or disfunction in your body.
Through a variety of correction techniques, we are able to relax the central nervous system and bring your body back into balance. This allows your body's own natural healing ability to take place.
Follow Up Session
As part of your follow up session, we will review the previous sessions outcome and identify new issues causing imbalances.

Kinesiology Pathway Program
A pathway program is perfect for people new to kinesiology or those who would like to commit to a long term wellness plan.

This 6 session program is ideal for new and current clients. Ongoing sessions ensures detection and correction of imbalances that can negatively impact your emotional, physical and mental wellness in daily life.
